It is with pleasure that I write to compliment one of your employees, Barbara Haig. I was having my car serviced, and waited in the lounge for it to be completed. I could not help but overhear Barbara's interaction with several clients and other employees. She was genuinely courteous, offered a wealth of knowledge to several customers who called in with detailed concerns, greeted customers with a warmth you simply do not see at other dealers, and followed up with other employees amidst it all.
In this day and age where customers are ever-more demanding, Barbara is a beacon of exemplary customer service.
